If you have a problem with using web browser, try to uninstall the ActiveX.
After that DVR sends you a new ActiveX file.


1. Type "cmd" and run as administrator."
2. Type " regsvr32 /u webviewer.ocx "
3. re-connect your DVR and install the ActiveX again.
