Current CMS version (1.002.006) doesn’t allow you to create more than 10,000 DB.
Each DB (one file) size is depending on total hard drive space, such as 512MB, 1024MB, 2048MB (2GB is the maximum DB size; one file)
When new HDD is added, it is important to delete previous DB and reformat selected HDD partions in order to create full DB to your HDDs.

[Case Study]
Customer had 10TB of HDDs. Now he wants to add 2 more HDD and create more DB, but he failed to create since total DB number is over 10,000. Once he deleted all existing DB and reformatted selected partions of the HDD, he could successfully create DB up to 20TB.
