PTZ camera doesn`t work. What`s the problem?


[CHECK POINT]

Please check below steps.

1. Camera ID and Protocol (with DVR)

2. RS-485 + / - connector are correct.

3. Check the power adaptor.(voltage and cord are correct.)

4. Check the RS-485 Signal (Click the picture)



[SOLUTION]

The way to check whether 485 port is working or not from DVR

[Elite + / Echo model] (Every DVR is different, this is only applied for TM Elite+ and Echo model; There are some exceptions depending on the date of purchase)

Normal voltage when measured 485 + - : 0 v
the voltage when signal sent: up to 1.5 ~ 3 v difference (Normally 300mV change is enough to move PTZ)
